Please save yourself from even more stress, and anxiety! Do NOT choose this company as your choice for the cremation of your dearest loved one! They were AWFUL!! No communication at all about what location or where your pet is at! I had to call or email them everytime! Which made me anxious and stressed, and i was already grieving, but even more stressed because of their lack of communication. No updates, other than the phone call i got from a lovely girl who was already on her way home with him, but he was already cremated and with her in the car. She was sweet and genuine, i loved Aimee. But the WHOLE other experience with this company was an anxiety driven nightmare! Also, WTH!? Look at this horribly taken paw print i ever get to hold of my baby boy!!!!! Who in their actual right mind took these terribly taken paw prints, and said "YEAH THESE WILL DO FOR THE LAST EVER MEMORIES OF THIS DOG"! My baby deserved better treatment than this! I deserved better treatment too! Especially from a company that their services are dealing with death and cremation! 😖💔

It’s been a month and I only just got my pets ashes and the excuse was ‘the engraver is broken’. I’m trying to grieve my beloved lost one and I can’t get the closure I deserve because a company whose entire existence is for cremation and memorial doesn’t have a working engraver. One would think fixing their engraver would be paramount and not take a month. Oh and I received his ashes without the engraved plaque because they’re ‘not happy with it’ how hard is it to engrave a name when there are literally machines, not operated by humans, that can engrave within 3 minutes. Thanks Eden Hills for making a traumatic loss even more traumatic. Disgraceful. Not to mention I spent about $680 for this. Did they offer a partial discount due to the major delay and the fact I haven’t even received my entire package? Nope!

We lost our beloved dog Scarlet on Christmas Eve making an already hard to except situation worse. The team at Edenhills in Canberra were absolutely amazing during this heartbreaking time for my wife and I. I wish I could remember the woman’s name on the phone when we called because she was absolutely incredible, kind and caring making it easier to talk through our options. The team was very fast in preparing and organising the return of our little dog which we were told would be 10-14 days but received her much earlier, on New Year’s Eve. Whilst it is not at all a pleasant time when you have to say goodbye to a member of the family, Edenhills made it easier to cope with and handled everything with grace, respect and professionalism. I cannot fault them nor recommend them enough to anyone going through the loss of their pet.

The staff at Eden Hills are absolutely beautiful. Their professionalism and kindness during the cremation of my Coco was exceptional. The memory box I received is more than I could have hoped for and something I will always treasure. Thank you so much to everyone at Eden Hills.

The staff and team at Eden Hills were so kind, professional and empathetic when dealing with my family after the loss of our beloved blue heeler Bow. We received our framed today and our scattering ashes pack and it is truely beautiful. The process was seamless and fast. Thank you so much, we appreciate it.

Honestly, having (unfortunately) dealt with a couple of companies offering pet cremation, this is the only one I will never deal with again. The animal was a small snake, and I selected from their catalogue what I assumed would be an appropriate vessel for this small animal. It was hard to know what would be best as the catalogue doesn't indicate what weight of animal a vessel may hold. He was returned, PARTIALLY in the vessel, and partially in a little plastic bag. No pet owner should have to deal with the question of what to do with that "excess" part of an animal they loved. This could be avoided if they communicated with the owner and said "that vessel isn't the right size, here's a suggested alternative" but no such communication occurred. Such a shame as this is a really awkward and uncomfortable situation to be left with, which they could easily avoid.

Not stoked. Expensive, and for the price I wanted more care to be shown. The framed paw print was nowhere near centre, and glued so I couldn't fix it. Also, you pay for a an urn with a photo, but you need to print and cut the photo before completely pulling the urn apart to put it in.
