I was very emotional to get Jethro home and I'm so sorry, didnt get your name. I love the paw print and Jethro's fur bottle which has come with us on our trip. I can not thank the team at Evermore enough for their kindness, compassion and generous support when we lost our 16 yr old cat "Lilly" last week. They are genuine and respectful with the loss you're feeling. Im so grateful to them and will never forget the extra special care they showed us. 🙏❤️

We are forever grateful to the Evermore team for their kindness and compassion following the loss of our cherished 14-year-old cat, Molly. Georgie thoughtfully and kindly answered my questions, making our farewell beautifully meaningful. Their empathy and care for Molly truly made a significant impact on our family, and their meticulous attention to detail helped to get through a very sad time for all of us. We deeply appreciated the thoughtful mementos, including a photo frame with a caring poem and everlasting seeds, which we will plant in her favourite part of the garden. The kind service and viewing room provided, with Molly resting in a basket, was the perfect tribute for her and was a beautiful way to spend the last moments with her. We wholeheartedly recommend the Evermore team for their support in easing the journey through such a difficult time 😻💞

I honestly couldnt be more thankful to the team at Evermore. The level of compassion and care is over and beyond. Such genuine customer service. They gave such a positive in a time thats so tough. They called to let me know they had charlie , they kept me updated as much as possibky (my wishes) ,I had the option to have a funeral for my beautiful baby girl. Ive never experience such great services. Again so important through such a tough time. It gave me great comfort to know Charlie was being cared for and loved whilst she was at evermore.

When our 10 year old cockatiel Flo passed Evermore made the whole process so easy. Everything was explained in detail but in such a way that even the most upsetting details were made easy to grasp in such grief. Tracey's professional but ever so understanding, caring and patient approach made so much difference to a very sad moment in mine and my children's lives.

Myself and my husband would like to thank the wonderful team at Evermore for taking care of our bunnies at this sad time for us.
