In my home, France Family Funerals were the most gentle, caring and empathic people I could have asked for when I chose them to attend to my husbands service a couple of years ago. On the day of his service, I did not get to spend any time alone with him in his casket. I was part of a line up to view his body. When the service had commenced and the video of his life started to play, I started to sob. Anne immediately came over to me and asked me to be quiet or no one would be able to hear the video. After that we were rushed in and out like sheep. I understand others were booked for a service, but seriously, it was so disgusting the way they spoke to me and the way we were rushed. We were told that any "speech" needed to be sent to FFF prior to service. Kids were not going to do a speech but on the day they changed their minds. Well did this interrupt Bill's MC!! He said "well i should have been told about this", in a very stern, agressive and unimpressed voice. FFF is just a business. Very caring people when they first come to yr home, but after that, you and yr loved one are just a number on their list. Very disappointing.
