Thank you to Warren and staff, We as a family are very happy with the empathy and professionalism Warren and Evereve showed in laying our mother Margaret to rest.
From the onset Warren was kind, considerate and compassionate with all dealings arranging the final farewell for my beautiful mother in law, Joy. Warren listened intently to the families concerns and desires, offering advice and guidance, not being a salesman, but a very supportive and caring gentleman. The service delivered, more than exceeded the families expectations, the final celebration of Joy's life was simply beautiful, respectful and genuinely suited to farewell our much loved, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. If we could rate Evereve 7 stars, we'd want to extend that to 10. Thank you Warren, Jenny and staff, you succeeded in providing a wonderful celebration for the wonderful lady, that Joy has been and continues to be, for us all.

Cold, lacking Dignity and solemnity. I was appalled at the manner in which my Father’s body was presented for viewing without restoration, 7 days after passing. The entire “Service” was traumatizing, horrible and badly presented! Will NOT recommend Evereve
Absolutely terrible customer service, Warren is a terrible person to deal with and very disrespectful towards customers. Look elsewhere you have been warned.
My family and I just sent our matriarch of to the angels and I can say, with a full heart and a confident voice that Warren and his colleagues did a BEAUTIFUL job in doing so. As far as professionalism and a feeling of family goes, for us, Warren treated our Queen with the utmost respect and dignity required, but it wasn't work, not once did it seem a task at all. I could go on for days about the service we received but should I go when that time comes I would only be too happy to have Warren and Evereve look after me from the beginning right up untill the End. Ka pai Warren and welcome to our Whanau Uncle.
