The empathy and compassion shown to my husband on the passing of his mother Bev was second to none. Aaron, Ash, Candy and the team handled everything professionally but with kindness and caring. Even dealing with a family situation was dealt with smoothly and with expertise. They made what is such a difficult time bearable, and empathy and respect was shown at every step from the collection to dealing with paperwork and every small detail. From our very first meeting, Aaron made what was an incredibly difficult time feel so much more manageable. We are also deeply grateful to Reverend Anne Goode, whose compassion extended well beyond the funeral itself. Anne visited Mum before her passing, providing comfort, kindness and dignity during those precious final days. She then conducted the funeral service with such warmth, grace and genuine care that it truly reflected Mum’s life and the love she shared with everyone around her. Her support throughout the entire journey meant more to our family than words can express. Every member of the Keith Logue team treated our family with empathy, professionalism and respect from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend Keith Logue & Sons, who assisted us with organising my husbands funeral at a very overwhelming time for me and our family. Ashley was caring and professional, he and all the Staff were particularly sensitive to the needs of supporting us in a Catholic Requiem Mass, assisting in the smooth running of the Service. No detail was too much trouble for them and their sensitivity and compassion were evident throughout the entire process; before, during and after the Service.
