Madden Pre Paid Funeral Services

Madden Pre Paid Funeral Services is a funeral director based in Mildura, established almost 30 years ago. The business is locally owned and family operated, and is a member of the National Funerals Directors Association. Elvira Iamarino is joint owner and day to day Manager, and has almost 20 years experience as a Funeral Director. Services include burials, repatriation, pre-paid funerals, reception centre, chapel, cremations, coffins and caskets, funeral arrangements, funeral process, help and advice, and writing a eulogy.

Mildura families considering pre-paid funeral arrangements have shared a mixed picture of Madden Pre Paid Funeral Services. Several reviewers describe the care provided by Elvira as fantastic, noting that she was easy to deal with during a sudden bereavement when the family felt lost about what to do next. The staff generally come across as compassionate and organised in these accounts. However, the experience is not uniformly positive. One customer describes the service as appalling, saying that little compassion and little organisation were shown, and that even basic items such as tissues were not supplied for a pre-paid funeral costing several thousand dollars.

This reviewer contrasts the arrangements unfavourably with another provider across town, mentioning chapel facilities and audiovisual equipment. The recurring theme across the feedback is therefore one of inconsistent service quality, with some families grateful for the personal attention they received and others left dissatisfied with the level of care and the inclusions covered by the pre-paid fund. Staff named in the feedback include Elvira, whose assistance is praised by at least one family.
