I called Mt Alexander Funeral homes (Cremation Care) on a Saturday, the day after my little sister died. Brian called me back promptly and his kindness, understanding, and entire demeanour was an instant comfort and I knew I didn't have to look any further. Brian arranged everything smoothly and carefully. We had some unusual requests (such as sending her off in her birthday suit - her favourite outfit!) but Brian, Marie, and his team never batted an eyelid and were endlessly accommodating. Brian helped us organise keepsake jewellery and is always upfront with costs, never trying to "upsell". A special thanks to Marie from my mum; Marie is so kind, compassionate, and caring. A beautiful family business with every member of the team perfectly suited to funeral care. We are forever grateful.
