Mountain View Crematoria is a family-owned business, 100% Australian owned and operated, with an all-female team. Its equipment features the Joule Cremator, and it offers a range of after-death care services, including an Education Centre. The crematorium serves families of the Illawarra region.
It aims to achieve a carbon neutral balance by 2025 and has installed solar panels at its facility to support this. In partnership with H.Parsons Funeral Directors, it supports the Greenacres Art and Floristry Therapy Classes, a program that repurposes unused funeral flowers. It also manages plaque production and placement for memorialisation, including placement in selected local cemeteries and church gardens.
