He was respectful to how my friend was feeling after her sons passing, and was able to deflect any negativity regarding carrying out his last wishes by other members of the family. Thank you Phillip Stephens for being caring and compassionate towards my friends needs and her son's wishes, I will certainly recommend your services to others.
My very good friend, who had lost her beloved son, was treated with the utmost care & sensitivity. Thank you
The care, empathy and compassion that the staff show is incredible. They support you through a time when nothing seems possible and make the entire process achievable. They are there every step of the way. Even when family circumstances are complicated they went above and beyond to ensure that those of us who are grieving the loss of our loved one were able to do so safely, with time and without the threat that others who meant harm would attend. I'll never forget the unending kindness that Phillip Stephens Funerals showed our family and the care they took with my brother. It meant he had the funeral he wanted, which was the funeral we needed.
We cannot thank Phillip Stephens Funerals enough for the care and support they provided during such a difficult time. The staff were absolutely amazing. They showed kindness, compassion, and genuine empathy throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s wishes, ensuring every detail was handled with respect and sensitivity. Their professionalism, combined with their personal touch, made an incredibly hard time just that little bit easier. We are truly grateful and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.
Compassionate and accommodating are the words I would use for the staff at Phillip Stephens. They were respectful to the families needs. What a lovely family business.
From the first phone call I knew this was the funeral home to take care of my son. Their kindness and compassion cannot be faulted. I couldn’t have gotten through this horrid time without them. I thoroughly recommend Phillip Stephen’s funeral, they gave me the closure that I desperately needed. They cared for my beautiful son, I cannot thank them enough.
My family is very grateful for the help and guidance offered during our recent bereavement. A sad time was made much easier by the professional and caring attitude of the attendants and staff. With thanks, Leonie Ridge
