I cannot thank the team at Possum Ridge Pet Cremation enough for the compassion, kindness and dignity they showed my beautiful boy, and our family during the hardest moment of our lives. From the very first phone call, their team treated us with such warmth and understanding. Losing a beloved pet is devastating, but they made the entire process feel gentle, respectful and full of care. They truly understand that our pets are family. They gave me the opportunity to come and say goodbye to my boy, which meant more to me than words could ever express. They handled him with so much love and dignity, and it gave me comfort knowing he was being looked after by people who genuinely care. The team were incredibly patient, compassionate and supportive through every step. Nothing ever felt rushed, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the time and space I needed.. If anyone is ever faced with the heartbreaking moment of saying goodbye to their beloved pet, I cannot recommend Possum Ridge highly enough. Your pets will be treated with the love, respect and dignity they deserve. Thank you for taking such beautiful care of my boy.

Our sweet boy Draco was only 8 and so we were not expecting to have this happen as soon as it did, but you all made us feel comfortable, and made sure we got everything we wanted to remember him by. His urn is beautiful and I am so grateful to you all.

My 83 years mum had to lay Sussekay to rest. She was on holidays in cairns. A position no one wants to be in… The Possum Ridge loving team not only presented as the Best BUT PROVED that the LOVE of a life companion (Sussy was my deserved youngest brother Doggo whom mum loved as Adam) was laid to rest in the most LOVING way. With all the escalated emotions, the Possum Ridge Team, held space to not only Sussy (a pure bred Husky alpha male breeder that never got to breed) but held space for my mum. 💔🐕 All I can say is: These wonderful souls Love their chosen blessed godly work. 🙏🏻 I am humbled by their KINDNESS 🙏🏻🐕🥰

Honestly the most wonderful experience we have ever had. Saying goodbye to our baby Stormee was the hardest thing we have ever had to do. We lost our baby at the age 8 due to an unexpected illness. My family were grieving so much and we struggled to come to terms that our little boy had passed. The lovely ladies at possum ridge did so much for us and we are forever greatful. They went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. From making sure we were ok as can be and to the beautiful photo urn and paw print that was nicely framed. They even did a print of his little nose. Gave us reassurance that he looked peaceful and very much loved. We struggle so much with each day without our baby and these beautiful ladies treasured him in ways we cannot express in words. Our boy is home and in the most beautiful way.
