We cannot begin to thank everyone ( especially Adelaide) at Ross's funeral enough. During the loss of my father and mothers husband Ross's Funerals went above and beyond. The service was absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and caring touches they did not have to do but did. It made an extremely hard day better. Adelaide has reached out to us a couple of times even with Christmas coming up. Ross's Funerals has arranged a afternoon tea for people to attend. Plus a Christmas baubble of your loved one. What an amazingly beautiful and kind gesture. Again thank you so very, very much for all of your assistance, care, kindness and support during this difficult period. We cannot recommend Ross's Funerals highly enough.

Our mother recently passed away at 94 and we approached Ross Funerals to handle her cremation and funeral service. Scott Stewart and Michelle were outstanding. Their sensitive, caring and knowledgeable approach ensured that our celebration of Mum’s life went perfectly. We provided a selection of photographs depicting various highlights of Mum’s life, her many square dancing and card playing friends and her family and Scott very professionally bound these memories together in a slideshow presentation that enabled and encouraged everyone with us (and on line) to remember the good times they shared with Mum over the years. Ross Funerals facilities, the bush atmosphere and gardens, the flower displays and the quality of the after service food and drink all came together seemlessly. The ‘Order of Service’ and memorial books provided were professionally prepared and appreciated by the family. Scott and Michelle’s approach certainly lightened our load and we appreciate their efforts. We absolutely recommend Ross Funerals for their caring and very professional funeral service.

I’ve struggled for a good few months on how do a review that fully encapsulates and showcases how truly incredible Scott and Adelaide were when I lost my brother, however on reflection, nothing I say will ever match their actions so here it goes. Dom’s death was not one that allowed him to die with dignity however you both ensured that he had this in his moments after, and for this, I will forever be grateful. From Adelaide collecting Dom on the night he passed and promising my Mum you would take care of her boy, to Scott getting every detail right on how I envisioned the day would look. You made certain that Dom was restored with the care, dignity and respect that he was deserving of. You also guaranteed that the day was centred around Dom, and preserving his memory. Not only that, you handled everything that we threw your way with smiles, laughter, a comforting nod of the head or a hug along the way. Whether this be at Emileigh asking stupid questions as her coping mechanism, allowing the Dunga Derby cars to be as loud as they could be in honour of Dom, ensuring Dom’s favourite songs were played despite the rain, cancelling your plans so that Mum could see her kiss her baby boy goodbye one last time after the funeral, reassuring us that you were telling Dom every day how much we missed him, being patient with us whilst we said our goodbyes in our own unique way and leaving your own messages for Dom too at our request, and even Scott wearing matching Crocs with us on the day. Scott and Adelaide, I cannot thank you enough for everything you did. I also cannot thank you enough for coming to the Celebration of Life event too, whilst wearing bright yellow, Dom’s favourite colour. Not often do people go above and beyond but you both did that and made it seem effortless. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
