I wish to thank Louise for her professional and respectful handling of my husband’s direct cremation. Since I chose a cremation without a service, I wanted a process that was straightforward and stress- free. Louise took care of all the paperwork, keeping me updated at every step.thank you for making a difficult time much easier.

My Mum had a very dignified service, farewell and celebration of her life.

My dad passed away Monday 17th December 2024 .. we called simplicity straight away .. they came like 2 hours after my beautiful dad Barry Lawrence passed .. they were respectful and kind .. they knew this was hard for my mum and her kids .. on the next day Sally turned up to organise my dads funeral .. she laughed with us cried with us ! Mustang Sally knew what our family needed to celebrate our dad’s life ! She knew the best celebrate to do dad’s funeral .. simplicity ticked all the boxes for our family Friday the 20th December 2024 was a bloody hard day ! Simplicity made this day so much easier ! My Aunt Joan died after a long illness. My cousin Scott and I attended Simplicity Funerals at Adamstown, and met Louise Edge. She was wonderful. We had no idea what to do, and Louise explained the process ro us with empathy, care, and humour. She made us feel at ease at a distressing time. Scott and I walked away with smiles on our faces knowing that Joan would be cared for. Louise kept us up to date with procedures. She introduced us to the celebrant Jules, and she was wonderful too. Both ladies made us feel at ease, and made the time a celebration of Joan. The funeral service was amazing. Tears and laughter, the best way to be. I can only thank Louise with all my heart.

From first contact to last, this was an incredibly warm and supportive experience in a very difficult period for our family. Louise was extremely intuitive and compassionate to our needs throughout the process, knowing when and how to help, and when to give us the space we needed. She and her team created an atmosphere of dignity and beauty that will remain as a lifelong memory - cannot thank you enough.
