From the moment I rang Simplicity to inform them of my sisters passing they were incredible. Simon Rice and Oscar Phillips came to pick her up and were so unbelievably kind. Even with the pouring rain they gave us time to say a final goodbye. From there working with Tanya Morrison was seamless. Her professionalism and care of myself and all our family was extraordinary. Simon Phillips was so calm and patient with me and when we went to the crematorium to say our final goodbyes, Simon and Tanya kindly waited for my nephew to arrive. 100% recommend the Simplicity team. Everyone who works for the Launceston Simplicity Funerals are some of the most respectful sincere people i have ever had to deal with. My husband's service went beautifully because of the work the team at simplicity put in. They even allowed us to have his motorbike inside parked next to his coffin.
