The team at Sydney memorial Cremations were helpful, considerate and reassuring. The communication was excellent and we are so glad we had our Dads service organised through them. The service was perfect for what we needed to peacefully remember our Dad. I highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Sydney Memorial Cremations highly enough. When my Mum died unexpectedly, Caroline from Sydney Memorial was right there, guiding me through the process. I had made inquiries with other, better known, funeral directors, but Caroline was the most responsive and I felt comfortable with her from the start. We never felt rushed or misunderstood about what we wanted. This level of responsiveness continued throughout the process, despite it being a very busy time for them. Caroline's expertise and caring made arranging the funeral as smooth as it could have been. The service itself went really well. The celebrant recommended by Caroline was great and the staff attending on the day from Sydney Memorial Cremations were great too. This is the best funeral director experience I have had (I've had some poor experiences elsewhere), and I would use them again as a first choice.
