Turner family funerals couldn’t have been more accommodating to us, providing a beautiful service & tribute for our mum in less than a week. We were all most grateful 💐 Allen, Sonia, Rachel & Jasmine.

Turner Family Funerals provided an exceptional level of care, compassion, and professionalism for the funeral of a very dear friend. I had organised my dad’s funeral with another company Wray Owen Funerals as I believed they were local and could assist in our hour of need. After waiting over 2hrs for my dad to be collected from the nursing home I was getting upset and called them only to be told they had no record of my father being collected I then contacted Turner Family Funerals and they collected my dad in 20 minutes. Wray Owen / Parsons eventually turned up but I told them I had organised Turner Family Funerals to look after my dad. Turner Family Funerals were great to deal with and made the whole process so simple and easy. They actually care, are local and do what they promise. If you need a family member to be cared for by locals, don’t go anywhere else. The cost of the funeral was a real surprise and was around $4,000 less. These people are honest and caring!!!

There were moments when I felt our family may have been difficult to deal with, but we were always treated with patience, kindness, and understanding. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed, and we never felt like a burden. One of the things we appreciated most was being given the opportunity to dress our beautiful mother ourselves and spend precious time with her. Turner's allowed us to visit Mum at different times throughout the day, which brought our family enormous comfort and helped us say goodbye in our own way. Birgitt, Tom, and Paul guided us through every part of the funeral service with such professionalism and genuine care. They took away so much of the stress and ensured that Mum's service was everything we hoped it would be—beautiful, dignified, and a true reflection of her life. What has meant so much to us is that their support didn't end after the service. Days and even weeks later, they have continued to keep us informed about Mum's ashes, death certificate, and anything else we have needed assistance with. Their ongoing care and communication have been greatly appreciated. We will always be grateful to Birgitt, Tom, Paul, and the entire team at Turner's Family Funerals for helping us honour our mother so beautifully. They gave our family the time, care, flexibility, and support we needed every step of the way.
