After the recent death of my younger brother, we contacted Bare & are so glad we did. Everyone we dealt with were super nice & respectful. We recently used Bare when our mum passed, and everyone who was involved during the process were absolutely wonderful. From collecting mum for cremation, and bringing her ashes home, they were with us every step of the way, calling to see if we were ok, to emailing to keep us up-to-date with each step of the process. Our mum was 102 plus 9 months, very important at her age to count the months. We chose Bare as mum wanted a no fuss cremation with a celebration of life later. . Our first contact with the Bare staff reassured us we were onto a company who listened, were supportive and showed us great empathy and we had the confidence that when the time came all we had to do was ring them. We contacted them on mums passing and treated with respect and informed they would be with us in or around 2 hours to collect mum. Communication at this time is paramount and they guided us through every step. The care and dignity was exceptional as we escorted mum out of the nursing home. We were kept informed all the way through the process feeling valued and cared for. We would recommend the services of Bare, they are transparent with their prices, and very affordable making a difficult emotional experience easy to navigate.
