It was my wife who was only 47 when she passed away. Bronwyn and Phillip from Candlepines provided exceptional care, professionalism and compassion during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend them.

I rang Bronwyn the day after my dad's passing and she invited me to come down to discuss that planning that day. She was very Polite and helpful in guiding us in the right direction. I did a google review and all were very positive comments, and I can only say the same. So glad I chose to use Candlepines. it was simple yet beautiful just the way dad would have wanted. Bronwyn's years of experience show in how she knows what's required based on what you tell her. Although its a very sad stressful time I felt very comfortable in knowing she had it all under control, checking in with me to make sure I was ok and that I had done all my tasks.

Thank you to Bronwyn , Phillip & team at Candlepines for the professional support & care shown on the recent passing of my beloved Father. Compassion & sensitivity was given with all aspects in arrangements. Any questions & inquiries we had were promptly responded to. The service on the day went smoothly , from assistance for us to set up the chapel of repose at Altona Memorial Park , the digital photo display & live streaming. We felt comforted at this time of grieving. With this support we were able to give our Dad , a beautiful send off with personal ,loving tributes.
