It was my first time experience of making funeral arrangements and Mitch guided me through each step with compassion and professionalism. We had the privilege of Mitch organising our funeral for my father in law. He made what was a very sad time for the family run seamlessly and he got our sense of humour. Adding a few little touches that we absolutely loved. Without us asking, but because he was truely listening to how we were explaining our loved one. Mitch and the team at Gardenia have been absolutely wonderful during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the very first phone call, we knew Gardenia were the right fit. Mitch took the time to get to know us, and our mum, ensuring her service was the most perfect representation of her. Miley and Monty are 5 star employees- we are so grateful for the pats and puppy kisses when planning Mum’s funeral. The interactive website allowed Mum to look at coffins, caskets and flower combinations, giving her some control in her final weeks. We are forever grateful to Gardenia.
