About the company
Gold Coast Aquamations offers aquamation, also known as alkaline hydrolysis, a water-based alternative to traditional cremation and burial. The business is led by Nikki, who has more than 35 years of experience in the industry and previously worked at a pet crematorium before starting this business.
The aquamation process does not require harsh chemicals, embalming, or a coffin, and produces 20-30% more remains than flame cremation.

Nikki prepared my father for his funeral. We cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, friendliness, compassion and attention to detail. It was very much appreciated. I would trust Nikki again if ever the need arose.
Nikki is the most caring lady I have come across in the Funeral Industry.. Nikki’s compassion and willingness to go out of her way to help when grieving for the loss of a loved one is so beautiful and comforting that helped me in the loss of 5 loved ones. Thank you Nikki 💜💜💜
