My dad Neville died while in the care of the hospital,, while on holiday in Aussie I messaged Carly and she arranged everything, to get dad to the home from the hospital, and the air transport back to Nz She got everything organised paper work and death certificate to get him home , he had limited clothes with him and carly , knows her colours as dad looked amazing in the shirt pants and sweater that they supplied She has been very caring and professional and thoughtful throughout this tough time I can’t thank her and her team enough, they also collected his bible and manora to lay with him on his travel home thank you from the bottom of our hearts kristy mcphee his daughter and Daphne hoare his 93 year old wife

We have used Green Haven Funerals on two occasions, and both experiences were exceptional. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and organisation. We first engaged them in 2023 for my mum’s funeral. After a very distressing experience with another funeral director, Carly stepped in and handled everything with professionalism and care, taking a great deal of pressure off our family. In 2026, we engaged Green Haven Funerals for my dad’s funeral, and Carly also served as the celebrant for the civic ceremony. Communication and organisation was excellent, and attention and guidance was given to details, eg photo tribute slideshow and accompanying music, candle lighting. We especially appreciated having access to their own viewing facilities, which allowed our family to spend private time with our deceased loved ones in a calm and respectful setting.

Greenhaven funerals have been absolutely amazing. They truly care. They stepped me through the process compassionately and ensured everything went seamlessly. Diplomatically problem solving any potential issues giving really sound advice with venues, florists etc. I truly don’t know how I would have managed without them. They were so kind and respectful. They skilfully helped me navigate the difficult process of honoring the wishes of my loved ones in such a kind and supportive way. They made an incredibly sad and stressful time much easier. During such a difficult time as the passing of a family member, I cannot help but feel enormous gratitude for the handling of the entire funeral service by Carly and Greenhaven Funerals.
