We have used Kings Funeral Services three times now, and we have been incredibly impressed each time. On every occasion, we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Michelle, who is simply wonderful to work with. She consistently goes above and beyond for our family. ​Our most recent service was highly complex, requiring ashes to be sent overseas. Michelle handled all the logistics seamlessly, showcasing her deep expertise and understanding. Even though all three services we required were completely different, Michelle executed each one flawlessly. We cannot thank her and the team enough for their outstanding support.

Our family were very grateful to all the KIngs’ staff for their help in preparing for our Mum’s funeral service, and assisting on the day itself. Emma was warm and sensitive but also professional and well organised . She also showed considerable empathy and understanding in the way she guided our family through a difficult time. She explained the steps involved in arranging the service, gave us helpful suggestions regarding our choice of chapel and celebrant, and made it easy for us to complete other necessary tasks.. Emma also helped us to choose a venue for a gathering after the service when the family was finding it difficult to decide on the best one for our needs. On the day itself, the Kings’ staff went about their tasks quietly and professionally and helped our family create a beautiful service and a fitting farewell for our dear Mum.
