During one of the hardest times my family has faced, the team showed such kindness, compassion and respect while caring for our beloved dog. Knowing that they treated our precious Jazzy-Girl with dignity and took such great care throughout the cremation process brought us immense comfort. Jane at pet haven could not have been more helpful and kind in with our terrible loss of our baby Archie.. she was caring and thoughtful with all aspects of the procedure, giving us time to grieve with no pressure to make decisions until we where ready... the lovely lady that came to pick him up was also so caring as my daughter was having a very hard time letting him go. Would not have anyone else ever look after our fur babies every again but these ladies.🌈
