A huge thankyou to Josh and his team. Through such a difficult time loosing my mother, he was there immediately by text or phone call. Any questions we had were handled immediately or as soon as possible. We asked for things that thought would be difficult, but received a text within minutes saying he had arranged it. The warmth and care shown by Josh in such a difficult time truly made my mothers send off something special. Thank you
Based on my recent experience I could NOT honestly recommend this funeral home. I Regret having chosen AHM for my Mothers arrangements. They are no longer locally owned but one of 35 corporate owned funeral homes who in my opinion put profits before people! They seem to have no compassion or consideration for anyone who is struggling to pay for a funeral as I was . Their finance polices which were never explained to me prior to the fact left me approximately $3000.00. Out of pocket on top of the initial quote. No apology was ever made 'Just Company policy' was the reply. After my initial contact with AHM I did consider making my own arrangements with them to save my family the expense & torment a difficult time. However after this not so pleasant experience I will now organise that with one of the locally owned funeral homes who will hopefully show more flexability compassion & consideration for their clients and not put their profits above the people who are their clients.
Having Alex guide us through the funeral process with his professionalism, kindness, understanding and helpfulness made the difficult and very sad time we went through so much more easier and it became a real celebration of my mums life.
Sympathetic and compassionate guidance through the most traumatic of times. Genuinely caring staff. Highly recommended.
Josh and his team are amazing in these very difficult times, when it is so stressful to make hard decisions they are there for you every step of the way. We had special requirements that were met without any question or issue. Both my parents in a 12mths space were celebtrated at Alan Harris and those in attendance both physically and online said that both services were beautiful and memorable. We couldn't have wished for anything more. So thankful.
We recently lost an amazing person in our life. Michael was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was to big or small he just made it happen. He made the celebration of there life absolutely perfect. We as a family cannot thank you guys enough.
