She made things so easy in such an emotional time going above and beyond from start to finish and even a follow up just to check on how we were coping. When my dad passed away, these guys were absolutely amazing to deal with, so caring and empathetic. They made the process of funeral planning as easy as it could be. Contacted by D Woods after our Nan died. He was apparently offering ‘help’ as he’d spoken to an uncle, but all he did was upset my mother and bad mouth Nan’s choice of funeral provider without listening. Tried to correct us on ACT funeral practices despite the nursing home and funeral home both being very communicative on required procedures. Mum felt the whole conversation seemed more like a used car salesman than a family friend supporting in time of need.
