From the beginning, Brendan took the time to listen and worked with us to ensure everything was done exactly the way we wanted, which meant so much to us. Brendan has continued to check in with us, which has been deeply appreciated. The delivery of Dad’s ashes, along with the beautiful accompanying mementos, was handled with such thoughtfulness and respect, and these will be treasured by our family. We recently used Alluvium Water Cremations when our dad passed. The owners, Brendan and Luke, were so accommodating, professional and could not do enough for us. This gentle and environmentally friendly cremation is the way of the future! We are so happy to recommend them and in fact we have done so to many of our family and friends. Brendon has been excellent with communication and has gone above and beyond in supporting us through this very difficult time. 100 percent happy with every aspect of the process and service. There is a negative review below but this is grossly inaccurate and comes from a completely ignorant position from a person who was not involved in the process nor were they the paying customer. Alluvium has a very professional area to meet with clients by appointment but they do not operate as a “shop front” as such. My brother and I completed the paper work and were therefore legally the next of kin and able receive dad’s ashes, which we agreed to being delivered. The close family members (living in Tasmania) are all extremely happy with the service provided by Alluvium and Brendan, who we primarily dealt with from start to finish. 10 out 10!!!
