Pets At Rest Pet Crematorium

Got my girl back today presented beautifully with her little prints and bit of her fur amazing company to deal with but hoping i dont have to in the future but thank you so much for the love and care from annette & akira xx

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved fur baby and the care we received at Pets At Rest Pet Crematorium meant so much during such a difficult time. A special thank you to Emma for being so caring and lovely. The place is beautiful, peaceful and very cosy, which made everything a little easier. We’re truly grateful and highly recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing people, my cat Timba was well taken care of and I’m so thankful for the kinda and caring service that I had.

I am so happy with the world these beautiful people have put into me and my dad. We lost our beloved cardi which was a Southland bulldog and had broken me and my dad’s heart right before Christmas. They pushed to get her through as they saw how upset we were and went over and beyond to give her a bath play with her and even sing and pat her even tho she had been passed for 2 days. They did water cremation which is such a more peaceful way then fire. My heart is so full. They gave me and my dad support systems if we needed to talk to someone and also talked with me about how she will find me again one day. Will 100% recommend here it’s beautiful x

We had Kingston Animal.Hospital send our Eddie to Pets At Rest. We got him back today in a lovely box, with some hair in a little jar. So thoughtful. Qe have had other pets sent there as well, all have been looked after with care

Oh, my heart! Thankyou Pets at Rest. I picked up my rabbit Shazza's ashes from our vets today and you've gone above and beyond in your care and compassion to ensure our girl comes home with us with kindness and dignity. You've also cremated our dogs Daisy and Coconut over the last 10 years and I can say from experience that your service is impecable.We can't thank you enough.

One last photo of our forever loved, never forgotten Charcoal, is what I asked for, Amanda said "No, we don't do that". My son wanted to go there and see Charcoal one last time and was told by Amanda "No, We don't do that". After Charcoal had been cremated my son was told by the boss, "yes, we do do that", so neither of us got our last wish in memory of our beloved family member Charcoal 💙. Amanda didn't even do the paw and nose prints she said she would do 😭 Then, so we didn't write a "bad" review, (my son was so distraught) he was asked by the boss "what can we do to fix this?". The urn engraving is wrong..."Charcoal" stands out but his surname is crammed in like it was an afterthought. We wanted and expected everything to be perfect. And it wasn't. 😭 EDIT...Amanda the only time I spoke to you was on Wednesday June 11th 2025 @ 12.44 PM over the phone, and I was a little shocked, I actually thought there must be 2 Amanda's, the reviews I had read had had said how helpful and pleasant you are to deal with, maybe I expected too much, but you were most definitely not helpful nor pleasant to me. I told you I could not physically come up there would you mind taking one last photo of Charcoal and your response was, and I quote,"No we don't do that". Whatever was said between my son and yourself, I can only go by what I was told by my son, I was not there, but I know what you said to me and how you said it, you were rude and not helpful and you would not take one photo for me.
