The Heritage team are clearly well experienced professionals, not just because of how smoothly the day went, but because they made it feel personal, as though they knew us, and Dad intimately. I knew from the first meeting that I had chosen the right provider, and Heritage's communication and care up to and including the day itself were thorough and comforting. I would like to single Rachael out in particular who was our primary contact, and whose care and concern for us and our Dad was evident.

We’ve just recently buried my ex husband and we decided to go through with Australian Heritage Funerals Toowoomba, I’m so very glad we did as they are very family friendly, made my kids feel loved and safe throughout the process, looked after everyone that attended the funeral. I had fainted and both David and Megan made sure I was okay by getting cold drinks and a wet cloth. Honestly I could keep going, I 1000/10 recommend.
Heritage recently assisted our family with the burial of our father. The whole experience was made so much easier with the assistance of Heritage. We would especially like to thank Rachael, who was so very helpful and respectful.

Oh behalf of my family, I am so grateful for the level of care given to us from Nikki and the team at AHF with the recent passing of my grandmother. We felt very looked after and our hands held while we grieved the loss of our family's Matriarch. These moments at the end of life are so important to be treated with respect and kindness and we received both over the last couple of weeks. Thank you.
The love that Ange and David have shown my partner and our family after the sudden loss of my mother in-law has been incredible. Mum's service was amazing and we all left feeling light and happy because they did an amazing job for us to say goodbye. The service that AHF offers does not just end once the funeral is over, there is still so much to do and go through and they walk you through all of that. There really isn't enough I can say about Ange and David but they are both angels and have been sent here to look after us and our loved ones once they have passed and that is the biggest blessing that one can be given.
