The way David and Penny handled everything was so simplified, and organised at a pace that really gave us, not only plenty of time to plan and get everything together but respected our time to mourn during this hardship. This was my first time I've had to organise a funeral, so it was really overwhelming not knowing where to even begin, but David and Penny really explained everything well and never rushed me throughout the whole process. Everybody couldn't stop telling me that day how great the service was, so thank you so much again David and Penny, I'm so happy how the day turned out myself and I could've asked for a better service for Mum.
