Australian Pensioner Funerals did a wonderful job with my Dads funeral. Kind, caring and compassionate, everything went well. Specifically Angela who went above and beyond with everything, and still offers the same outstanding service that she offered throughout, amazing.

We were blessed with Arianne Spratt as our funeral director. She was incredibly kind, caring and compassionate. She took the time to insure every detail of my brothers service was thought through and organised to precision. Throughout the days leading up to the service she checked in and helped in all aspects of this difficult time for us. Always respectful, flexible and emotionally intelligent. In her company we felt as though we had known her for years, her personality is so very personable, so much so that she felt like family. You DO NOT have to be a pensioner to have a funeral assistance or arranged by this family business. There's no hidden costs on top of what's in their package deal unless you want to purchase extras. Refer to their clear website. Everything is at your choice. Professionalism and friendliness to perfection. I felt so supported during a difficult time and the assistance from Arianne was amazing. Angela in the office was also very supportive. I cannot fault Australian Pensioner Funerals and I'll be pre-purchasing my funeral with them too.
