They explained the Bare cremation and were most considerate with our requests. Having a 24/7 consultation allotted to us was exceptionally reassuring. We were kept up to date with how, where and when everything would happen. All legal requirements were carried out efficiently and promptly. Bare removed all the stress and strain, with us knowing that all was taken care of. When the urn was ready, it was delivered home. It was a peaceful and deeply calming process. Thank you to all Bare staff who helped us in so many ways.
Sadly we have had to use Bare's services twice over the past few years HOWEVER I am eternally grateful that the process, support, help and advice was exceptional. Following the passing of our Mum most recently, using Bare was actually an incredibly supportive and guided experience at a time when it is hard to think straight. Everyone we dealt with across the team was so kind, caring and understanding and the process is so well thought through and also visually represented with checklists, optional items and things that needed to be done. I would highly recommend Bare. Jake (our arranger), the team on the day of the funeral and the after care support were exceptional. Everything was taken care of, and with care, comfort and support. It was a highly emotional and difficult time (loosing my much loved husband), and I appreciated that nothing was an issue. All of the arrangements were made from the comfort of my home, when I didn’t feel able to go out. The attention to detail with the little touches and big details were appreciated. Our service was the perfect send off and I’m very grateful.
I recently dealt with Bare Cremation to take care of my Mum after her passing. From the first interaction to receiving her ashes, the whole process was made that much easier thanks to the kindness and support provided by the Bare Cremation team. It is difficult to find the right words to describe my experience with Bare Cremations. I am so incredibly grateful to the team at Bare for making the entire process of losing my beloved mum easier. I knew my mums time was coming to an end, and I knew my mum's wishes, which I wanted to honour, but I honestly had no idea where to start looking, I had no idea what I needed to do, I had thought I had a bit more time to research...I didn't. I got the phone call, 4:30am on Saturday morning, my mum had passed, and straight away you are asked about funeral arrangements, I was honestly like a deer in headlights...lost. I immediately picked up the phone to Bare Cremations, from the very moment my call was answered, I felt at ease, listened too, cared for. Bare Cremations looked after my mum so well, the care, the dignity, the understanding, the whole time, from the moment they picked my mum up, I knew where she was, right until my mum was returned to me. I cannot thank Bare Cremations enough, not only did they make the process of cremation easy for myself and elderly father, the extra services they provide make the process of losing a loved one streamlined. Again, I had no idea what I needed to do and who I needed to notify, or how do I put an ad in the local paper? I knew nothing! Bare helps you with all of that, they took the stress out of the process and allowed our family the opportunity to grieve. I am incredibly grateful for everything Bare has done for me, my mum and my family. If I could give 1000 ⭐ for their service I would. I cannot recommend Bare Cremations highly enough, my dad is wanting to be cremated as well when his time comes, I know who I will be using as I mentioned earlier in my comment, words such as amazing service, wonderful experience, are not really words one would associate with funeral industry, but I can honestly say, Bare Cremations are a wonderful business whose core values are helping their clients, we need more businesses like Bare. I have engaged Bare’s services twice—first for my mother and then for my father—and on both occasions, their support was exceptional. When they came to collect my father, their team showed great compassion and respect. They patiently allowed us time for a final goodbye and even observed a moment of silence as he was transferred into their care, which meant a great deal to our family. Throughout the process, their communication was clear and consistent. They kept us informed at every stage, including when the cremation would take place and when we could expect the return of the ashes and the death certificate. I also sought assistance from their legal team regarding probate. They were incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to clearly explain what documentation was required, even when I needed clarification and asked repeated questions. I am truly grateful for their support, professionalism, and compassion during such a difficult time. They made an incredibly challenging process just a little easier to navigate. Mum always wanted a simple experience when her time came. No big funeral, no coffin viewing but just a beautiful gathering of her family remembering her life. I had heard of Bare Cremation and contacted them when I knew her time was close. From that first contact and every touch point through the journey I could not have been happier with the kindness care and understanding shown to me and my family. The information was clear, open and transparent and provided all the information required. The cost was a big reason for going with Bare but to be very honest it was the service and outcomes that exceeded my expectations. The thoughtful follow up was also appreciated very much.
