Just Cremate Me

After losing my mum just before Christmas. Thank you Tim for once again showing great care and compassion to my family and cremating my mum.

We used this service for my husband in 2020. Their service and care was above and beyond what I have experienced at a funeral home in the past. It was a lovely atmosphere where my sons and I were able to go and dress my husband and to say goodbye to him.

Mother cremated on the 3rd of April. Still waiting on Death certificate. Constantly been told they are waiting to hear from Births Deaths and marriages. No tracking number. No clarification and different story depending on who answers the phone. Not Happy

I had our brother cremated, and from the first phone call to you, could not fault your service. So beautiful and helpful staff. I had numerous questions and they were always answered. When I filled the forms online, had to ask for help few times, always ready to help . The beautiful lady who delivered the ashes , thank you . I am so thankful and grateful, I chose you to lay our brother to rest .

I had my Nan cremated and we had our last viewing with these guys and I can not fault them! The team was lovely, my nan looked absolutely beautiful and was taken care of so well, they listened to all our wishes perfectly! Victoria is such a beautiful person and helped me in saying goodbye to my nan after I wasn’t sure i could go in the room. They are just beautiful people and I’m glad we went with them

Over the last couple of weeks I lost my beautiful soulmate. Tim and Casey took him onto their care and provided him with love and respect and provided his nearest and dearest with his viewing which was a moving tribute to a much loved man by many. They helped with all of the arrangements and made such a difficult time easier. Thank you both so much

I cannot recommend the team at Just Cremate Me highly enough after supporting us during our darkest hours saying farewell to a grandchild, a horrific loss. From the first phone call to the constant communication letting us know where our Lilly was and that she was in their care to when we collected her ashes we experienced kindness, love and a feeling of comfort. It has taken me some time to write this and only after renewing my own will including Just Cremate Me thought to encourage others to utilise a beautiful small local business. Thank you for your kindness...that can't be replicated.
