We flew over from Cyprus to arrange the funeral of a family member. Having no idea of Australian laws and regulations, the prospect was daunting to say the least. We opted to appoint Classic Funeral Services and they proved to be excellent. Fiona, in particular, took the time to explain everything to us with clarity and patience. She also assisted us when we experienced some difficulty with the staff at the cemetery. The whole process was managed with efficiency and dignity and for that we are grateful.
The initial transportation from hospital was extremely quick, all within 90mins, family was handled and packaged well to funeral home, professional transport team. Fiona, funeral director was professional and extremely efficient and in order.
Carol, Amy and Adam were so kind helping us organise what to do when my brother passed away. They answered all of my numerous questions, were available at all hours, and were incredibly patient throughout the whole process. Classic Funerals did my Dad's farewell. Roshni was our Funeral Director. She was amazing, a consummate professional, empathic and extremely knowledgeable of our customs & rituals. Dad was Hindu & Roshni's advice throughout the process was at the highest level, especially at a time where our whole family were grieving.It truly was an amazing send-off. As with these events, timing is of the essence with so many variables as well as ensuring family & friends from overseas & interstate had enough notice to make the journey. She helped with coordination of the Service & liased directly with our Priest ensuring everything went smoothly. Our family was very happy & satisfied with Roshni & Classic Funerals. 5 Stars - Highly recommended. 🙏🏽
