They treated our loved one with the utmost respect and us with understanding, and I am extremely appreciative of that. They were very professional with excellent communication across email, phone and in person (Special thanks to Debbie, throughout the process!). Cost effective for the simple cremation service our family wanted. I would highly recommend them to others.

I can't speak highly enough of Cost Less Cremations. The staff were very helpful and prompt with their response to any questions that arose and were respectful and compassionate in their customer service. I was able to choose a lovely urn and necklace for mum's ashes and there were so many and varied options to choose from. Don't be fooled by the name.....Cost Less Cremations offers a service above and beyond what my expectations were. Mum was back with our family very promptly which was comforting. Easy to navigate, responsive, quick. Only issue I had was that there was a glitch in the computer system and it didn't send through the application for death certificate so I needed to follow that up. Cost less cremations responded immediately and was sorted and sent within a couple of days.
