Mark, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the care and compassion you showed our family during such a challenging time as we said goodbye to our much loved father. Your calm presence, clear guidance, and thoughtful approach made a difficult process feel a lot easier. You explained everything with clarity and patience, and the way you helped us make decisions with confidence meant more to us than we can easily express. We are truly grateful for the professionalism and kindness you showed, and for the genuine care you took in looking after our family when we needed it most. On behalf oh my mother and my siblings, I would like to thank you for everything you have done for us and the brilliant job you do for others at such a critical time where people are at their most vulnerable.

A huge thank you to Mark and the Gregson & Weight Noosaville team for the guidance, support and professionalism you provided to deliver the most special service for my dear sister-in-law. You had answers to all of our questions and were incredibly reliable and amazing to deal with throughout the entire process. Thank you for everything you did to make this very emotional time such a beautiful experience for our family.

I can not thank Mark and his team enough for the unwavering support they gave during our nightmare six months ago. To unexpectedly loose a son is incomprehensible, and then to arrange a service completely overwhelming. Kendall from Gregson & Weight, Noosaville was a wonderful lady to deal with. Our father passed away suddenly and thanks to Kendall the process was made very easy for our family to deal with. Kendall’s recommendation of Tim as our celebrant was a fantastic match for our family.

Right from the first phone call, just after our dearly loved mum and wife died, to our very final goodbye, we felt well supported and cared for.
