Planning a funeral service for a loved one during a period of personal grieving is such a hard thing to do. I can honestly say that the staff from H. Parsons Funeral Directors were brilliant. They were caring, compassionate and responsive to any questions we had. It made a difficult day so much easier to navigate, and we are so very thankful for their service.

In the last year Parsons have arranged two funerals for me; one in Nowra and the other in Wollongong. In Nowra our contact person has been Amber. I would like to acknowledge just how warm, friendly and efficient Amber has been, as have all the H.Parsons staff, at both Nowra and Wollongong. I am happy to highly recommend them.

They treated my baby with utmost love—providing an angel gown, taking her prints, and sending photos—while offering unwavering support and understanding. I would like to thank Vanessa (Ness) and Hayden for doing a beautiful funeral service for my sister Catherine on the 15th January 2026. They helped the family all the way from the beginning to the funeral service with such expertise and professionalism. Planning a funeral for a loved one is certainly not the easiest of tasks especially when every one is going through a grieving stage but the staff at HPARSONS were not only very helpful but they followed any instructions that were put forward. I had a last minute major change in the duration of them arranging the funeral and nothing was too much trouble for them.I would also like to thank Vicki who was very helpful over the phone and had a beautiful nature and character.
