This funeral home is truely amazing . From the start to finish we were given so much care as a family and to our dad . Talked through everything step by step too to give us a clear vision of everything that would be happening . We can’t praise Dani and team enough . We recently used Tender Funerals for my husband’s cremation. They were absolutely wonderful. Amy came to my daughter’s home as logistically that was the easiest meet point for my children, and from the moment we sat down together, Amy put us at ease. She was very understanding and so attentive to any specific detail or question we had. Angelique then took over with the logistics and kept us informed every step of the way. Very caring people who take care of your loved ones with the utmost respect prior to the funeral. Aimee went above and beyond for our family. We lost our mother before Christmas and had used Tender in 2022 for our nan. A few obstacles arose, mainly due to the time of year that mum passed. Aimee was quick to relieve our stress and resolve any issues, even ones she didn't need to. She is such a loving, caring and respectful person. We hope to not need a funeral home again anytime soon, but highly recommend Tender.

I can not speak highly enough of Aimee and the Tender Funerals experience. Despite being the cheapest option for what was required in our situation, the professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail by Aimee made a difficult thing so much easier to deal with.
