I cannot recommend Ash Heritage and his team enough . My children lost their dad and of course traumatic for them . Ash did everything to make their time calmer and kinder . He even found a beautiful cemetery location so the kids could visit their dad in a pretty location in the bush . He had everything ready from flowers to memorial postcards , shade and chairs. No last minute music problems . Ash even came to our home to go over plans which was unexpected. . Ash also organised Kazzy to be our celebrant . She was so kind , switched on and flexible and an attractive person to be the celebrant . Thank you Ash n Kazzy . Our 9 mourners all said it was the “ best “ funeral they’ve been to !! 🥰and want theirs exactly the same .

Thank you to Wes and his wonderful team at Melaleuca Station Memorial Gardens in Chinderah. Everything from our initial point of contact to the end of the service, was so easy! We cannot recommend these guys enough. Our grandmother used them for our grandfathers funeral in 2021. She was so pleased with their service, that she wanted them to take care of hers as well. We can now see why she was so impressed. Thank you again for the beautiful service!

Unbelievable neglect of my deceased brother and incredibly poor care for the family. Heritage Brothers presented a whole room of his loved ones what looked like a week-old blue and bruised corpse. My brother died suddenly at 47. Heritage Brothers were engaged to take care of my brother and prepare him for viewing before the funeral. What we saw that day will never leave our memories, including the memories of his teenage children. Absolutely no makeup was applied or restorative work completed. He didn’t even appear as if embalming fluid had been used he was so blue. When we approached the funeral director Wes, we were not met with empathy or apology, but mere defensiveness. His answer was “we do not routinely apply makeup to men”. We weren’t asking for lipstick and lashes mate, just for our brother, son, father to be treated with dignity and to appear at peace when we said our last goodbye. The trauma will not leave us soon, if ever. We don’t EVER want anyone else to go through what we went through that day.

Ashley, Aidan and the team were absolutely fantastic and highly recommend their services. They went above and beyond what we asked for. Our beautiful Dad had an amazing send off and they made the process easy and were understanding of all our needs.

Contacted them three times within two weeks asking for a tracking number for the death certificate, which they send via post. They said they would call back with information - they did not. On the fourth time calling, they finally told me sent it - a legal document - via regular post instead of registered or express post. Extremely unprofressional in my opinion.
