She was amazing, so caring , professional and her advice helped to make the process just that bit easy. My darling husband was cremated with dignity and care . This was not the first time Karen had helped our family with this grieving process and organising a loved one to be cremated. It made all the difference to us when our hearts were broken to know your loved one was truly being cared for . We recently entrusted Sommerville Funerals with the arrangements for my Aunt’s service, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care, compassion, and professionalism shown throughout the process. Our mum passed away a month ago. She was living in an Age Care Facility. The ladies from Somerville Funerals collected Mum from the Facility and took her to Somerville Funerals. The ladies were just so caring, allowed us to stay with her and escort her to the hurst. The arrangements were just perfect.
