Chris Cullen is the friend you need during such difficult times. His cultural sensitivity and his kindness cannot be faulted. Chris will go above and beyond for his clients. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Sadly I have had to call on Ian J Arthur & Sons twice in the last five weeks. I did a lot of due diligence initially as I didn't want a strong brand presence taking from the deceased's importance. I also wanted to have only one contact throughout. That contact was Chris Cullen. He was professional, personable and incredibly flexible about what we wanted. Both funerals were very different as were personalities involved. It seems a funny thing to say but I have been telling everyone how terrific Chris was.
Chris Cullen answered my online request within an hour at 9pm! In his email he not only gave me the quote, he also detailed everything that was included in the quote. We made an appointment to meet at my home. He filled all the forms for me in front of me. He also delivered ashes in person. He is kind, understanding, caring and very professional. I am so grateful for the high quality service he provided me in time of stress, as I was very sick myself at the time. I highly recommend Chris and the company he works for.
Chris was a kind, attentive and very respectful funeral director. We opted for a slightly unorthodox approach to my grandmother's service and he was 100% accommodating of our choices (sourcing our own unique casket, flowers, etc) which I greatly appreciated. I thank him for his care and open heart in this very vulnerable time.
The best I could’ve hoped for. My father suddenly passed away upon his visit from France during the Christmas period. My needs were complex and bespoke, yet through the service and support provided by Chris, my family was able to successfully repatriate his cremated body and hold the service we wanted in Europe. Together with expedited death certificates, this is remarkable considering the public holidays during this period. Thank you Chris for making one part of this process simple and your patience in responding to all my detailed queries during the festive season.
