Thank you to Rick, Graeme, Sharon and staff for their assistance during our dad/Grandfather's funeral. We are very greatful for the service provided which made this difficult time less stressful. Kittle Brothers Funeral Directors had almost everything arranged for us, all we had to do is provide the photos and music for the service, the rest we didnt have to worry about. From the moment we went to arrange the funeral all the staff were kind and empathetic. Rick was available and responded to all our queries we had and all the staff were very understanding during this difficult time. We couldn't have chosen a better funeral service to lay our dad/grandpa to rest. Thank you once again!

A very special thank you to Graeme, who guided us through every step with professionalism and empathy. We were completely lost on where to even begin with arranging a funeral, but Graeme made the process calm and manageable. His support, understanding, and gentle approach meant the world to us. Billy’s service was handled with such respect and dignity, and we are truly grateful for the effort and detail that went into giving him a beautiful farewell. We couldn’t fault Kittle Bros or Graeme — they made an incredibly difficult time just a little easier to bear. Highly recommended. 🤍

On behalf of my family and the Jashar family, l would like to sincerely thank Rick and Gary for everything they did for our beloved Andy Jashar. The service was beautiful and it will never be forgotten and will remain in our hearts forever, we were all brought together as one and for that we thank you. The compassion, understanding, generosity, professionalism and both genuinely caring for us all to ensure he had the best send off he went out as the one and only Andy, the Albanian King his famous words, he will never be forgotten. Rick and his team were wonderful leading up to the service for my grandfather, caring and very personal. Thanks guys for everything.

Not recommended. Indifferent uncaring attitude. Basics poorly organised. Upsetting. For your sake and the sake of your loved one, look elsewhere for your funeral service.

I am totally heartbroken on how they conducted themselves throughout the whole time. We went to make arrangements for our beautiful mother and Rick had misplaced the paperwork with mums arrangements she pre made, he had no idea on wat her wishes were. Let alone havin to ask heaps of questions he should of already known, they said they would arrange to have a outfit picked up for mum and no1 did so i had to go get it and drop it off. Then when emailin us a preview of the booklet we were gunna be getting as a keepsake they had the wrong last name on it. During the service they said the wrong last name for our mums husband. I had to ring or email plenty of times regarding mums ashes, i eventually received my share and her husband received his but it took them 2mths to send either out. They tried to say they had no confirmation on where the ashes or the death certificate was going to! If mum hadnt of already prepaid for her funeral we would have walked out and found sumwhere else. It was hard enough losing our beloved mother let alone dealing with all the stuff ups they made along the way, theres simply NO EXCUSE for their unprofessionalism

My father's body was picked up by Kittle Bros from the hospital morgue without any written consent and then we got charged a fee for his body to be released. Very disappointing
