From our very first contact, Madison was caring, understanding, and incredibly supportive. She guided us through every step of the process with patience, empathy, and attention to detail, making a very difficult time so much easier for our family. The service was beautifully organised, and everything was handled with dignity and respect. We truly appreciated the genuine care shown to both our father and our family. We are deeply grateful to Madison and the entire team at Napier Park Funerals for helping us honour our father's life so thoughtfully. After attending a friend's Napier funeral service in January 2026 we lost our oldest family member (95 years) in March. We turned to Napier Park without hesitation for support and assistance. All of the Napier staff were wonderful and provided the necessary advice, being available whenever needed. As has been found by many other families, Ruth and Madison were excellent, and our Celebrant, Jan, provided a warm and personal service. In every respect Napier Park Funerals exceeded expectations.

The Funeral Director, Madison, at Napier Park organised the most beautiful funeral service for my sister. Madison was very professional, knowledgeable and showed ongoing empathy to me and my family. The Visual Tribute was amazing! I have never seen such a magnificent tribute like this before. The whole experience with Napier Park Funerals was excellent: the planning, the funeral service, the printing of beautiful service booklets and the burial at the cemetery. In addition, we received the 'In Loving Memory' book and a beautiful Video book. Thank you sincerely, Madison!

Every aspect of the funeral preparation, service and afterwards far exceeded my expectations based on previous experiences of arranging a funeral.
