My mother passed away on the 20th of July in the evening, it was then that I had my first interaction with Renshaw funerals, they were extremely professional and respectful despite the hazardous circumstances that they faced in the removal of her body. They were incredibly understanding in our time limitations and went above and beyond in all aspects of after death care, knowing my mother was in such wonderfully caring hands brought me so much comfort. I had the displeasure of dealing with Martin, who displayed a shocking lack of compassion and professionalism. He seemed disinterested in our needs and was uncommunicative. The funeral arrangements were mishandled leading to unnecessary stress in an already incredibly difficult time. I would strongly advise against using Renshaw's.
