We were very impressed with Newhavens arrangements for my mother's funeral. During what was a trying time, Amanda was compassionate and really helpful. She guided us patiently through what we had anticipated would be a quite confronting process. Instead, she put us at ease immediately, explaining our choices clearly. We felt we were in good hands. She listened with care and was sensitive to our wishes to ensure we achieved the result we were after.
