Tobin Brothers Funerals North Melbourne

So disappointed with how these guys handled the passing of my Dad. He'd been dead for 2 weeks before he was found and yet they still asked twice if I wanted an open casket as per their process/checklist. No consideration to individual circumstance. Steer well clear if these big funeral parlours...nothing personal about their operations even though they have a great speil to make you feel like they actually care.

My whole extended family and I wanted to say how amazing, professional, understanding and helpful Tobin Brothers funerals were for my Dad's funeral. We could not recommend them highly enough. Everything was exceptionally well organised and every box was ticked to make sure Dad had a great send off. The technology was awesome and family all around the world were able to join in with no issues. The celebrant did a memorable job as did all the staff. We could not fault one tiny detail. Everything was explained to us perfectly and everything they promised happened without fuss. At such a stressful time it was so great to have such professional helpful people take such a load off our shoulders and give Dad such an impressive last hoorah. Unfortunately we have dealt with several funeral directors over the last few years and Tobin Brothers (North Melbourne) were head and shoulders above the rest easily.

Held dad’s funeral at Tobin Brothers North Melbourne and Hai Anh was our funeral director. The venue itself is simple and classic. Hai Anh was ever so helpful with all our questions and guiding our family around the ways of a traditional Buddhist funeral. The day went as smooth as it could go.
