I just wanted to say a big thank you to Bell Funeral Services for looking after Mum’s funeral. From start to finish, everything was handled in a professional and respectful way. It made a difficult time a lot easier for me and my family. The service itself ran smoothly, and all the details were taken care of without any stress on our end. We had a few specific things we wanted, and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was clear, and we always felt supported throughout the process. Bell Funeral Services was recommended to us. Organising my aunt's funeral was far less difficult than we anticipated, facilitated by Lynda. She was easily available on her mobile to sort out our many queries and calmly coped with last minute ideas. We were satisfied with the options available, and the cost was very reasonable (and accurately predicted). We were able to include livestreaming for interstate and overseas family and friends. It was a good funeral and quite a comfort.

Bells Funerals provided services for my grandparents (they passed a year apart) and I cannot thank them enough for their thorough and prompt service. I found them (on both occasions) to be very professional and responsive with a high quality of services provided from start to finish. When my grandfather died I had very limited time in South Africa as I live overseas and Madelaine was very prompt to provide home affairs paperwork for us, hand delivering what we needed. We are so thankful for their assistance during a very difficult time and we highly recommend them!
