Was wonderful dealing with Bethel Funerals again. Very considerate and helpful with all the details at such a sad time for our family. Was wonderful to have most of the funeral arrangements predone with their Payment Plan. Thank You Frank for all your help and assistance.

I thought Bethel did a wonderful job. For some reason there was a problem with the words of the hymns which maybe I should have asked to be printed on the folder. The music was very clear and Bethel made the service a lovely and memorable one. People said it was a beautiful service.

From day 1 until the Family Service at Bethel Funeral Home was an amazing experience and their services. The Funeral Director Angela was a beautiful lady, very polite, sense of humour, absolutely brilliant. They looked after my father from day 1 when they picked him up from home to the Funeral Home, they were looking after my father. I am 100% introduced Bethel Funeral Home to my families and friends. From the very first phone call with Frank, we felt reassured that we would be cared for during this difficult time following the loss of our beloved mother. Bethel Funerals at Underwood were truly exceptional. They showed genuine compassion and empathy, carefully explaining their services and giving us the heartfelt option to personalise the funeral to our wishes. Initially, we considered a closed coffin and after seeing the beautiful work Angela had done on our mom, we chose an open coffin so her loved ones could see her one last time to remember. Throughout the entire process, everything went smoothly and with sensitivity. We are deeply grateful for the gentle care they provided for our dear Mom and for their patience and thoughtfulness towards us.
