I cannot thank Evermore Funerals enough for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed while arranging my husband's cremation. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable. Evermore Funerals. A Review. 18.02.2026 Yesterday we said goodbye to my beautiful son - something that no parent should have to do. Toby had been so ill for a very long time, and after 51 years his poor body gave out. As a personal friend, Matt and his team were with us every step of the way, with dignity, compassion and reverence. With the choice of a full Chapel service or a simple burial at the gravesite, we were able to honour Toby’s wishes. Evermore’s personalised and affordable service turned a very difficult day into a creative and fitting memorial for our very much loved young man. We couldn't be happier with Matthew Viney from Evermore Funerals. From the moment he answered our call on the weekend, we knew he was the right person for us. When our family met with him to go through and discuss my Dad's funeral plans, we were all so impressed with his professionalism, kindness and thoroughness. We shared our must-haves and nice-to-haves, and he made sure everything, even the little extras, were included. On the day, he and his team organised everything seamlessly and he led the service beautifully. It felt like the perfect send off for Dad (warm, personal and a true celebration of who he was) and we're truly grateful for how Matthew handled everything from start to finish.

From our first interaction Matthew went out of his way to understand our difficult situation. He and his staff worked assiduously to adapt their normal procedures to suit our particular needs, all over the difficult Christmas and New Year period. Matthew was able to accomodate the divergent needs of our extended family allowing us to concentrate on the needs of the more vulnerable members of our family. Matthews patience, care and compassion made this first stage of our grieving so much easier. An exceptional service Matthew.
