Every team member we met from Bowra & O'Dea was highly proffesional, competent, clear and timely in the their communication with compassion. I highly recommend Bowra & O'Dea / Leanne O'Dea for the respectful and smooth funeral services which they provide. David (Dave) was our funeral consultant and he captured everything we were after for my dad's funeral. He was so friendly, understanding and accommodating. Darryl, who coordinated the funeral on the day was lovely and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend this team to anyone. 💕 The facilities were neutral, calm and non-denominational.

Unfortunately the catering company really let them down, however I understand that this was out of Bowra O'dea's control, hence my 5 star review.

My Dads service was held at Bowra and O’Dea / Leanne O’Dea, Greenfields and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the services they provided. They were professional and kind, and treated my family with the utmost respect and compassion. Everything from beginning to end was seamless, and exactly as we had chosen. We genuinely appreciated that at such a hard time, the staff made it as comfortable and easy as possible for us, and we felt supported every step of the way. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and having access to the function room was wonderful. We are so very thankful to Hariata and the rest of the team.
