Cremation for Pets

The service given to my parents after the loss of their beloved Scoobie was amazing. The personal service from Sharn, who was compassionate and caring was very much appreciated! Highly recommend!

NEW OWNERS!! I appreciate that a refund was eventually provided for the clay paw print, but I was deeply disappointed with the overall experience. They did tell me new owners had taken over and from what I’ve seen in the past was beautiful, to what I received it’s atrocious when that’s all that remains of my beautiful boy. This was a memorial service for my dog during an extremely vulnerable time. While the ashes and memorial heart were fine, the clay paw print, the part that mattered most, arrived cracked, off-centre, and poorly finished. It did not reflect what was advertised or the standard shown in previous work. I worked in the veterinary industry for 10 years and have seen many paw prints taken under difficult circumstances. This was the most careless and poorly handled paw print I have ever received. The condition of a pet at the time of passing is not an excuse. Handling that with care is part of the service. What added to the distress was the lack of empathy and communication. There was no acknowledgement of my loss, they felt rather defensive in their reply, no apology, my follow-up email was never responded to either. While the partial refund was appreciated, it does not replace a keepsake that cannot be redone. Disappointed

Losing my beloved Jagger was absolutely heartbreaking – the hardest thing I’ve ever had to face. Speaking about his cremation with a complete stranger was something I never thought I’d be able to do… until I spoke with Sharne. She was, without a doubt, the most compassionate person I have ever dealt with. From the very first moment, Sharne went above and beyond to ensure Jagger was treated with the utmost respect, care, and kindness. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and never once made me feel like I was a burden – I was able to call or text her with any question, and she always responded with empathy and patience. What truly touched me was that Sharne kept Jagger at the crematorium until we were absolutely certain the nose print she had taken could be turned into a beautiful, bespoke piece of jewellery. Only once we had that confirmation did she proceed with the cremation – something I don't think many people would have done. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare. I will be forever grateful to Sharne for the love and dignity she showed my boy and the comfort she gave me during the most difficult time of my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Absolutely outstanding service! Extremely caring and great communication. I had to have my elderly cat put to sleep in 2021 & could not have asked for him to be taken care of any better. Thank you with all of my heart for taking care of my boy.

Stephen and his team were top notch from start to finish. So welcoming when we dropped our cat off to picking him up a few hours later. Highly recommend to anyone who wishes to have a beloved pet cremated.

Stephen was god sent . We were in such grief when our beautiful border collie Charlie passed ❤️And he handled our situation with love and grace.. also done in a good quick manner , which is what we needed Couldn’t have picked anyone better to do this hard job Much gratitude to you Stephen 🙏🙏🐾🌟
