When we visit mum’s gravesite every Sunday, in the last few months there has always been dog shit on it and in the area around it. This is upsetting and disgusting. People take their dogs to the cemetery, sometimes on a leash, sometimes not on a leash, but I have never seen anybody clean up after their dogs. On rare occasions, a security vehicle is around, however the guy inside never gets out of the car. You would think that with all the money that they charge, they would employ staff to monitor this, or just ban dogs altogether if the owner’s behaviour cannot be changed. If you are looking to buy a gravesite for a loved one, that is going to be respected, or at least not defecated upon, then look somewhere else.

After some email contacts, we visited the park today (17/6, Wed), it’s big, there are several chapels of various sizes circulating near the crematorium, and there is also a huge building (Wallumatta Function Centre) nearby for social gatherings and wake catering purposes. The long hallway inside provides easy access into the centre rooms (all well lit, with open area) and restrooms, seats…etc. Florist and Cafe are available for visitors and guests. The staff (Elly) at the reception desk is sincere, friendly, helpful and professional. Her email replies are always prompt, polite, supportive and terse. Received printed materials (map, pricing details, business card) from her before finishing the visit, a time well spent one.

Appalling lack of service and empathy for grieving families. I have been trying to contact staff for over 6 months now as my father was buried there 7 months ago and still has no plaque or anything to show he's even there. When I've called I have been met with sarcastic responses, talking over the top of me and a complete lack of understanding causing tears. To date no one has called me back. It takes a month to get an email response. I've now been told I have to pay a late fee of $395 for transferring the site because it's been over 3 months since my dads death but yet I was only told this after month 7! Impossible for me to have transferred the site if you don't make me aware! The stress just to obtain the plaque for a loved one is absurd. Hoping I'll finally get a response after this!

The grounds are looking lovely, the leaves from the trees really add a natural character of the North Shore to the visiting experience. - How do I go about having my grandmother's headstone plaque secured as it has come loose since the last visit? (see pic, general lawn m34). - Also, is it possible to have some soil spread to even out the lawn please? Happy to contribute to the cost if required. No hurry either, Nans not going anywhere ❤️

Service was good during the selling process a few years ago. However, this is where the good experience ends. During the years, whenever there was any needs especially the silver inserts for the vases were always missing every time we came to visit. We used to be able to obtain the replacement in the office. Things change now. We waited for more than 30mins in the office to beg the staff to get two for us in the 30 degrees hot weather. Chris was very good and went above and beyond to try to help. The other lady in the reception was giggling and laughing but not showing any empathy when we emphasized that we have elderly family waiting in the grave. More staff like Chris needs to be hired as this is such a unique business. It is important to make family feel being cared about. And the management needs to look at the small issues like this and reform the operation of organisation to make the work for the nice staff like Chris much easier.

I highly recommend the professional services of Christiney Foo. During our consultation about purchasing burial plots for my parents, parents-in-law, and ourselves, Ms. Foo drew on her many years of experience and professional knowledge to explain all the relevant conditions in detail. She patiently guided us on site to visit and compare different burial plots based on our needs and budget. She speaks frankly, is highly experienced, and is especially familiar with cultural traditions, funeral customs, and feng shui considerations. With her expertise, we saved a great deal of time and effort. It is truly rare and valuable to have a funeral service consultant like Ms. Foo when living in a foreign country. The other staff members at the cemetery reception were also polite and courteous, and I would gladly recommend their services as well. Once again, we sincerely thank Ms. Foo for her thoughtful and attentive assistance. David & Polly FENG

I am very grateful and thankful to Christiney Foo’s caring and knowledge of ethnic culture when she was managing to lay my father’s ash on ground. Her rich experience of respectful burying ceremonies and caring of the detail parts of our ethnic culture have made my father feel our love and respect. Having Christiney to manage my father’s burying made the burying processes much easier for our family because we knew she did the great jobs. In addition, she is still giving us her advices for my mother’s burying. Thank you so much, Christiney.
